Partner works near Leyland and relies on the bus as I’m without a car at min but can’t plan anything if we don’t know what’s happening. Mad

@bt_uk I have gone with sky instead. The rep told me I couldn’t have the deal on my account as he couldn’t see it so was pointless continuing when there are better deals available and easier to access

@bt_uk why are emails etc being sent with deals which also appear in my account and when I go to select being told I can’t be verified. Calling your number to be told you can’t honour the deals and the deal being offered over phone is more expensive?! False advertising

@GMB Preston city council send me letters every month saying I’ve missed. I pay on the 15th every month as that’s when I’m paid! You can’t get through on the phone and it’s a 12 week wait for a reply on email! I’ve told them this repeatedly!!! It’s driving me insane
