@HaraMills @AVFCSupport I linked his fan id to me on the Villa website. Sign in, go to tickets and then click the circle top right with your initials. Then click friends and family and then click add and pop their fan id in. Hope this helps!

@HaraMills @AVFCSupport I had this problem (I created his junior membership with my email) I had to create his own account with his own email. the website didn't link his existing fan id so I phoned up in the morning and the ticket office sorted it by linking them (took ten minutes to get through)
