NHS PAYS £8.53 PER PACK OF PARACETAMOL ON FREE PRESCRIPTION.
Just checked and it's 49 pence at Boots. Even cheaper at Home Bargains.
This is like the guy I saw at the pharmacy at Milton Keynes hospital picking up a tiny bottle of olive oil for his ears. How much is the #NHS paying for that?!
People need sacking for this.

@BBCNews This isn't an NHS problem... this is a local authority housing / government problem... she cannot take space up in a bed that's needed for someone who has medical needs......put folk in the "covid hospitals" you organised during covid? 🙄🤷♀️
If Keir Starmer had said before the election that he would remove the winter fuel allowance from millions of pensioners, give away £millions of money to overseas net zero and farming projects while hammering UK family farmers with inheritance tax, council tax & energy price increases, raise university tuition fees, plaster mass-scale solar panels on thousands of acres of prime farmland despite huge local community objections, spaff £22bn of taxpayers’ money on carbon capture machines, give £3bn a year of taxpayers’ money to Ukraine and ratchet up hawkish warmongering rhetoric, pledge a 20% cut in meat & dairy and get exposed for receiving over £100,000 worth of freebies - he almost certainly wouldn’t have won. He duped the electorate. An utterly shameless display of snake oil political salesmanship. And still he lectures all of us in that gratingly sanctimonious manner of his like we are all somehow the problem here.
Now it turns out that Ms. Reeves failed to undertake any impact assessment of her family farm tax proposals at all
She relied instead on dodgy stats from far left high tax fanatics Advani & Summers and didn't even consult line Ministry DEFRA
No wonder she now looks stupid
1/3
I really think that there needs to be more attention on the fact we have a growing number of people locked up for saying something stupid on social media.
Paedophiles often avoid prison, but an unpleasant social media post gets you locked up?
It's wrong, and deserves debate.
Dear @RachelReevesMP, I'm not an economist, but I've plugged your black hole. Here's £23.2 billion.
There is absolutely ZERO need, to freeze and starve the elderly and bankrupt our British farmers. Tough decisions have to be made, and these are some tough, but fair, decisions.

If Keir Starmer had said before the election that he would remove the winter fuel allowance from millions of pensioners, add inheritance to family farms, council tax & energy price increases, raise university tuition fees, plaster mass-scale solar panels on thousands of acres of prime farmland despite huge local community objections, spaff £22bn of taxpayers’ money on carbon capture machines, give £3bn a year of taxpayers’ money to Ukraine, pledge a 20% cut in meat & dairy and get exposed for receiving over £100,000 worth of freebies - he almost certainly wouldn’t have won. As Starmer's popularity drops like the knickers of a popular whore in a brothel, it's good to see he's pissed off nearly every section of society.
Then the grannies , cancelling the winter fuel allowance,
Then their descendants with tax rises on working people
The better end of the middle class with VAT on school fees
Now the students with tuition fee hikes.
This is a style of communism and Starmer loves it!
So here's my question for all politicians, but especially #Keirstarmer as he's now in "control" and claiming to stop illegal immigration by supposedly targeting gangs who supply the "small boats" crossing the #Channel:
If someone broke into his house, and they'd arrived in a taxi, would he expect the police to be after the burglar or the guy who he'd paid to give him a lift?
Declaring you're after the people smugglers is meaningless disingenuous virtual signalling so you can be seen not to attack the "poor downtrodden desperate"migrants but still be dealing with the issue

@MirrorBreaking_ NOTHING about that sentence "sends a clear message " that this behaviour is abhorrent!!! Poor little Huw is suicidal because he got caught! Not because he knows it is wrong.A system that takes the perpetrators feelings into account is broken
