Is @EE down in W4? I’ve been having yellow light since 7am. Even last few days, the internet has been intermittent. Have tried unplugging but nothing works.

@EE We were told that nothing can be done now. We will have to wait for the modem’s light to go back to green / blue and there’s no ETA. Now on 2 days of using my data plan as hotspot for my laptop since I work from home. That’s not good! Please rectify this asap.

@EE Thanks. Called yesterday evening and your superb customer service guy scheduled for an engineer to come today. However, in the morning we received a call saying that they’ve cancelled an engineer as apparently, it’s an issue in this location.
