It’s so funny how once you start paying attention to your weight & appearance, the number can plummet and yet you feel bigger and bigger. A dunning-Kruger type effect. Now that I’ve started looking better I know I can do even more
It’s kinda crazy what not binge eating junk food can do for you. I’m plummeting towards my goal weight… now I just need to start working out regularly, but wow.
So the problem is also ignoring hunger, obviously important. Maybe next time I feel really hungry outside of when I want to eat, I’ll write it and try not to engage it.
