@Brandon_Beaber@NobelPrize Wow. Loved reading this. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I relate to this. The fear you have when first diagnosed is immense and mostly from the feeling of not knowing what lays ahead. Happy to hear his life was and is a life worth living.
@GavinGiovannoni I just want to say I read everything you post and am so grateful for your consistent hard work in informing people with MS how best to manage it. It’s clear your intention is just that. Thank you prof G
@RachelHorne19 True however it would have been a worse outcome and a negative message if the wrong person had won. Having listened to the trail, I was convinced Amber heard was not honest
#MSAwarenessWeek diagnosed end of 2019. Started with complete paralysis, double vision and urinary incontinence. A flying start I thought! Everyone’s experience is unique is such the disease. I am in a good place now but the possibility of what could come is a challenge.
Childhood trauma linked to greater risk of MS, BMJ study finds.
Researchers in Norway looked at nearly 78,000 women & found those who suffered emotional, sexual & physical abuse as children were more likely to get MS later.
Stress appears to have a role.

@GavinGiovannoni I have to admit. I do. It’s important to be cautious but if you were suffering from a horrible disease, and there was plenty of evidence to back a drug’s efficacy, wouldn’t you do the same? No doubt it comes with risks but perhaps the risk is worth it.
