I think the thing that makes me mad about modern era internet, is that people can’t seem to state their opinion without being needlessly cruel about whatever they’re talking about.
@ssjWaldstein You literally can’t. Because you are judging them literally for signing that person. I don’t know what an ERA pitcher is, but clearly you don’t think highly of them, because you are using them as an example of a stupid thing to hire.
@ssjWaldstein You’re also not ordering anything. In this specific case, you are being given, for free, a “meal” of the “chefs” choosing. There is no agency on your part in the slightest other than to show up or not. So you can’t even say they made your order wrong.
@ssjWaldstein But you do realize that saying that TK is in some way silly or incorrect for signing Isla, is a slight on Isla, right? Because I feel that’s important for you to recognize.
@ssjWaldstein You don’t seem to understand what you’re saying. Because you are actively judging TK for signing someone you deem of lesser value completely independant of his ability or will to sign another person. Isla signing did not shut the door for this other person.
Forbidden Door doesn't have the same feel to it nowadays. Do you know why? It's no longer Forbidden. AEW has normalized International Talents appearing on American Television.
They normalized it so much that even WWE had to embrace it in order to keep up. The door is open.
