The Senegalese 🇸🇳 delegation gets this treatment on arrival in the USA. Full tarmac searches, shoes off, bags turned inside out like criminals.
This is straight up humiliation and a disgrace. They’d never put white boys through the same.
What an absolute disgrace. A FIFA-certified referee being denied entry to the United States purely because he is Somali.
The World Cup is meant to bring people together. This is racism, plain and simple. Shameful.

South Africa, Germany and other recent #WorldCup hosts were forced by FIFA to promise all accredited officials, players and staff would be guaranteed visas and minimal immigration interference for the tournament duration.
Why is the United States exempt from that @FIFAcom?
If there’s anything worse than the atmosphere surrounding the World Cup right now, it’s fellow journalists and football content creators posting videos as if absolutely nothing is happening.
You are a huge part of the problem too.
This is in Reiger Park, Gauteng. The old school (Reiger Park Primary) was demolished a year ago - with a new school expected to be completed around this time. The Gauteng provincial education department has forced the kids to go to school in dusty containers.
Last week we exposed the allegations around millions of rand allegedly pulled from the SAPS finance system under cover of presidential protection related travel.
Now SAPS has confirmed that a Captain has been suspended, a fraud case has been opened, and the anti-corruption unit is investigating.
That is not the end of the matter. It is the beginning.
Because this cannot stop with one suspension and one criminal case against a junior or middle ranking official if senior people knew, failed to act, signed off, or looked away when obvious red flags were there.
If the allegations are correct, then this was not just theft. It was the abuse of one of the most sensitive functions in the police service to move public money through the system under a false pretext.
That raises much bigger questions.
How long did this go on?
Who approved the transactions?
Who was meant to verify the travel claims?
Who in senior management was alerted?
Who failed to intervene?
Who ignored the warning signs?
And who still needs to be investigated?
South Africans must not accept the usual formula, suspend one person, issue one statement, and move on.
That would be a cover-up by convenience.
This matter must now go further, in four directions.
First, criminal prosecution must follow the evidence wherever it leads.
Second, full disciplinary action must be taken not only against the member directly implicated, but against any official who authorised, enabled, ignored or failed to stop these transactions when they should have acted.
Third, the full money trail must be traced and every cent recovered.
Fourth, if senior officials were grossly negligent, complicit, or failed in their oversight duties, then they should not hide behind rank. They should face personal consequences, including civil recovery and being made to pay back the loss where the evidence and the law support that.
Public money is not abstract. It belongs to the people of South Africa.
When millions can allegedly be moved through a police finance system under false pretences, this is not just a fraud problem. It is a command and control problem. It is a leadership problem. It is an accountability problem.
And unless SAPS is willing to deal with the senior chain of responsibility, the public will rightly believe that the system protects rank more than it protects the truth.
This case must not end with one scapegoat.
It must expose the full chain.
It must recover the money.
It must punish those responsible.
And it must reach senior officials if senior officials failed.

Telemarketing in South Africa has become completely insane and overboard. It cannot go on like this. I have to answer my phone because I am expecting calls but I have received 16 calls, just today, from spam.
How the hell do we stop this?
Tracey Lange , radio host, TV presenter, storyteller and now, absolute hero in the eyes of many South African families.
When she heard about the 28 kids and 3 coaches that were stranded in Portugal after being misled by BT Football Academy, it was Tracey who stepped up.
She used her platform to raise awareness, made the right calls and asked the hard questions.
She didn’t stop until those children were safely booked on a flight back to Mzansi.
Tracey, from all of us, especially the parents, the kids, and the Saffa expat community who helped with food and care, we thank you.

This is Boksburg North Swimming Pool !
It has been FORGOTTEN by the City of Ekurhuleni and closed for “repairs” for YEARS.
Also, according to the Boksburg Advertiser, this is the ONLY indoor Olympic Sized swimming pool in Gauteng.
Something’s got to give!!
Offering a reward for information on this location so we can rescue the dog - or please, do the humane thing - and surrender the dog to the nearest @NSPCA_SA. This situation is truly appalling. The blatant cruelty is unimaginable...😡🤬🤬
