Male breast cancer is rare but real — about 1 in 100 breast cancer cases happen in men. How do you know if you or your family is at risk?

💭 Don't ignore changes in your chest. Look for dimpling, tenderness, and changes around the nipples.
🏃 Stay active and eat right. Alcohol, hormone imbalances, and obesity are linked to cancer.
🧬 Know your genetic risk. Just like in women, certain versions of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes can substantially increase your risk.
