Take a good hard look at this graph and tell me why we're building border walls and cutting off river access in Big Bend. The black line represents apprehensions across the entire 517-mile Big Bend Sector, which makes up one-quarter of the U.S.-Mexico border. It's almost imperceptible.

This is blatant government corruption. There is no border security justification for any of this, which is why even the most conservative local sheriffs oppose it. Politically connected contractors are poised to pocket billions of our tax dollars while destroying the wildest place left in Texas.

This graph is from @adam_wola as part of his expert declaration showing that the Big Bend Sector is not an "area of high illegal entry," as DHS has argued to justify waiving environmental laws to rush construction. It's been submitted to federal court to support our legal challenge against the Big Bend border wall.
