Attended my first ever conference !!! And got to explore Cyprus for the first time.

The conference topic isn’t in my field of work anymore, but it was informative nonetheless.

The conference venue was GORGEOUS.

@weeyev @profleonn Yeah there were many topics, social choice, game theory, multiagent systems etc

@profleonn It was the AAMAS conference (Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems). You can’t really benchmark half of the solutions, and the solutions are not very applicable in the industry. Lots of cool AI stuff is being presented tho, mostly because of the multiagents.

@profleonn Super cool ! That guy that gave the disclosure basically criticised the conference for 45 min straight. He really worded how I feel about this area very well. “We create problems to solutions and then solve them”
