No one became their best by focusing on someone else’s flaws and mistakes. Let’s not bash Tiger Woods. Let’s pray for the healing he needs. Everyone has a hole in their soul. You can fill it up with alcohol and things that bring temporary relief but don’t bring restoration. Or you can fill it up with God’s love and presence that heals and restores you. We all are looking to fill the hole. When you fill it with God you won’t need or want anything else.

If you're so tired you need a "pre-workout" energy drink or powder you clear did not:
❌Eat enough calories throughout the day
❌Get enough quality sleep the night before
❌Drink enough fluid or take your recovery seriously
Energy drinks do not give you energy. We get our energy from eating calories from fats, carbs, and protein. If you're too tired to train maybe take a nap and try one of these pairings for tomorrow's session!
