Understanding GHG emissions is the basis for effective climate change mitigation measures. Even though SIDS in the Caribbean barely contribute to global GHGs, being able to estimate GHGs is a useful skill to have, as we move towards a Net Zero future. #GHGITraining #Grateful 🙏🏽

Having the ability to predict extreme weather events (such as flooding), is the basis for any good early warning system.

As climate change gets worse, flood mitigation becomes increasingly important for effective adaptation measures for SIDS.
