TUCKER: Yeah, but even in the absence of data, science is a process. Yes. It's not a result. It's a way of doing things. And at the core of science is asking questions, including unlikely questions. That's what science is. And if you don't allow that, then you may be doing something, but what you're not doing is science. We can say that conclusively. So, for people to wrap themselves in the mantle of science and attack you for asking a question, they're frauds.

🚨 #BREAKING: Hunter Biden’s attorney Richard Jones has filed to WITHDRAW from Hunter’s federal gun charge case

Hunter appeared in court in person for his arraignment Tuesday morning after being charged with:

1) Making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm

2) Making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federal firearms licensed dealer

3) Possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance

He’s pleaded not guilty to all charges.

All counts combined, Hunter Biden faces a maximum of 25 years in prison. Each count carries a maximum fine of $250,000 and three years of supervised release.
