@KerbertX@_BreadBurner@GoodPoliticGuy Any examples of corruption in USAID increasing our sway in a latin American election? Any?
I see our history of bribing leaders in LATAM to do our bidding or protect our business interests. Why would we do the opposite and promote those who want to nationalize our interests?
@_BreadBurner@GoodPoliticGuy I donโt know where this idea came from the USAID is overthrowing governments. Its an influence tool and gives us a say at their table, but the CIA is infinitely more responsible, and you can look at that track record to see they overthrew anyone whispers the word nationalization.
@_BreadBurner@GoodPoliticGuy If you are thinking about Argentina, itโs too large and wealthy for USAID to have done anything. Brazil is the same. If you look at countries like El Salvador, the country elected 2 left wing governments since 2000, but Bukele was elected before USAID was defunded.
@Westhoefen U right, kinda just find it easy to lose track of stuff in games like this
This post reminded that i Gotta get back into my kings dilemma campaign with my boys time to lock in
@GrandmamaJoey@Animevangelical@zulways Most people arenโt trying to buy a house in Williamson West Virginia man. House prices more than doubled in 10 years in any place where jobs are actually available.
