@saks I have been on hold on the phone and simultaneously on chat for 4 HOURS waiting for customer service for a missing $900 dress that was scheduled to arrive 4 days ago. I spent 2 hours on the phone with @saks yesterday. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

Today UDPS delivered a wet, torn, empty Lego box (not even in a cardboard box) for my son’s $50 birthday present and customer “service” can’t get a timely replacement and insisted I mail back this empty box in a trash bag in order to get a refund. 💩🎂💩@amazon @amazonhelp
