To be a band you play shows and actively release music which isn’t the case with anyone else using that name. I did intensive research. Take your negativity elsewhere.

@storm_layne David - this issue has been fixed with @MartinRossiter . No “court” necessary as per your recent tweets above this. The name has been changed to avoid confusion there. Please avoid adding more negativity to the tour and these other artists.
