@NestleCare Nespresso received my return Aug 28. Still no refund. “30 days” became “30 business days.” Scripted replies, blame on my bank, and a FREE recycling bag offered as a perk. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Never buying again. Management needs to fix this.
