Biggest missing piece: not more scanners, but a runtime safety layer for real bounty use.
Think: scope/policy parser + safe-methods-only mode + WAF/429 circuit breaker + secret vault for auth tokens + auto-generated evidence pack for reports.

Just added the Median Priority Fee slider because of this

→ MCP + FBO pulls ahead hard on spreads, latency & fairness
