@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL [2] By the way, a human sacrifice doesn't apply when the person gives their life of their own volition. Jesus is more like the parent shoving the kid from in front of an oncoming car, giving their life to save their child's. Except there was no reason for Him to love us.
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL They thought the suffering servant in Isaiah 53 was Israel when he was suffering and the Messiah when he was victorious later in the chapter. We think they were mistaken about the first part of that.
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL That did not come into Hebrew until the Middle Ages (I am guessing due to the Christians saying that it indicated the Trinity).
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL The Bible requires marriage for sex, so the laws of the country would be the limit unless those laws allowed marriage to women not yet to the stage of maturity expressed in the Ezekiel passage.
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL [3] Quran 4:6 The use of the phrase "marriageable age" in this verse obviously meant the age of 6 in that culture... Or was it 9? What did your prophet do to Aisha from age 6 onward, before penetration occurred at 9?
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL [2] Can't God decide when the life of every human ends, since He gave them life to begin with? Doing it Himself of using others? If not, how do you handle the Flood in your book and in our book, where it is obvious that God killed all except the immediate family of Noah?
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL [1] You said "your prophets go on murder spree’s of civilians". Moses held the women directly responsible for the Numbers 25 incident at Baal Peor, where they enticed Israelite men into sexual immorality and the worship of pagan gods.
@mahmud2008@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL If your prophet were to feel doubt about the Quran, he should get a history lesson about the Israelites? How does this jive with all of the "confirms what is IN YOUR HANDS" and "confirms what is WITH YOU" verses throughout the Qur'an, referring to our books?
@leospointofview@korrathetaymi Jesus died because he loved sinners and knew they could not have a relationship with God and go to Heaven without his gift to them. Forgiveness means you treat the person like the offense never happened. God does that with us because when he looks at us and sees Christ's record.
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL Don't you find it odd that the only thing that seems to bother your deity is the Trinity? Your deity is OK with beating your wife if you FEAR they will act up (4:34)... Not just if they act up, but if you FEAR it... Muslim women have to hope their husband is not paranoid...
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL If God clearly stated in the Bible that it is OK to rape female slaves like Allah does in the Qur'an (33:50, 4:24), I would admit your point. But slaves in the Bible were to be married in order for sex to occur.
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL [3] You have to admit that your prophet's behavior is a problem, since it is to be the pattern of Muslim believers forever, and with 65:4, tafsirs by early notable scholars support really early marriage and sex... Sahih Al-Bukhari 5133, for example...
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL [2] Genesis 38:11 (till Shelah my son grows up) and Ruth 1:12-13 (would you therefore wait till they were grown?) also indicate maturity before marriage, but not as clearly.
@HaroonS98022577@GodLogic_GL [1] I quoted the only verse in the Bible that is clear on the view of God on marriagable age, which was about 600 years before Christ (not influenced by modern views)...
