@tomwirth65 I just did some quick searching and even some full time city government positions make less than $13/hr. Might be more than minimum wage, but absolutely not even close to a living wage in Wilmington.

@tomwirth65 Fair, I am not sure what companies are paying the minimum wage, but I do know the average cashier at Walmart here, for instance, makes less than $11/hr. $15 in wilmington for store clerk positions and the like, from people I know in those positions, is rare.
