I never ran a GTM Show before. Yet @InstantlyAI just hired me to be the Executive Producer and host of one.
And honestly I'm a little scared lol
Here is the deal.
I partnered with Instantly to host a daily show about GTM.
Tools, strategies, what is actually working right now in sales and AI. Not theory. Real stuff, tested LIVE.
Every day I'll bring in guests, test things on camera, and break down what's happening in the space.
Now some context on me.
I've been running an agency in this space for over 3 years. Posting content here on LinkedIn and on YouTube for over 2. So I kinda consider myself an AI educator at this point.
But this is different. This is education AND entertainment mixed together, and I've never done that before. So yeah, new stuff.
My only goal with this show is clarity.
There is SO much noise right now. Every day a new tool, a new hype cycle, a new "this changes everything" post. It's exhausting.
I want to cut through it. Give you real perspectives from people actually building, so you can figure out what matters and what is just noise.
And I'm doing the whole thing in public.
1. Sharing what works and what doesn't.
2. The wins, the awkward moments, the stuff that flops on camera.
all of it.
We stream on YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
So if you're into go-to-market, AI, sales, or you just want to watch me figure this out in real time, come join.
Now... I need to go and build stuff or else I get fired 💀
P.s.
Thank you @InstantlyAI for this opportunity.
Been with you for the last 3 years as the solo provider for my own outbound and now finally becoming a part of it.
Week 2 of scaling the @InstantlyAI Show™ to 1M views.
Week 1 is done. I spent $7k on the studio setup and the it still tried to take me out every single day:
- I almost went shirtless on a live stream because I misclicked the start streaming button. Luckily it never fully launched lol
- my internet got shut off in the middle of an interview with a guest
- 1 of the studio lights started blinking like an alarm clock during the first minutes of the show
- and I couldn't connect a guest for 10 minutes because the audio was not streaming and I could not figure out why
But man, last week was fun. @alxberman , Sean Weisbrot, @MechalyRichard, Ilie Andrei-Leonard and Dmitry Trofimets came on and the conversations were honestly the best part of my week.
We go again this week. Every day, 12pm Eastern, live.
Cheers,
@dansushik@RetentionAdam We partnered with Adam to build it. We have a proprietary stack - for AI setters (which integrates to any CRM) + we have our own infra with iPhones, Macs and iClouds.
So basically we allocated the set to Adam for the run
@BradleyBenner@RetentionAdam That was the whole poing. We've built it in a way to replicate the human voice + engage with guys in a funny proactive way
Voice AI is a commodity.
Since the beginning of 2025 I’ve been telling people that voice AI will become an obsolete service.
If you’re selling receptionists, it is race to the bottom.
Introducing Voice Agent Builder: a no-code platform to create human-like voice agents with Grok Voice.
Available today at $0.05 / min.

I am looking for Top Tier thumbnail designer for our YouTube daily show. Budget is not a problem.
Comment if you're interested AND send your examples in the DMs (don't send BS examples you never done, we will verify that it was actually done by you).
I stole this idea and now use it with every single employee.
It’s the best illustration I’ve seen of teaching someone to be high agency.
It says there are 5 levels of work:
Level 1: “There is a problem.”
Level 2: “There is a problem, and I’ve found some causes.”
Level 3: “Here’s the problem, here are some possible causes, and here are some possible solutions.”
Level 4: “Here’s the problem, here’s what I think caused it, here are some possible solutions, and here’s the one I think we should pick.”
Level 5: “I identified a problem, figured out what caused it, researched how to fix it, and I fixed it. Just wanted to keep you in the loop.”
Using this framework, here’s what I say to every new employee…
You will live at Level 4 from Day 1 and as we build trust you will rise to Level 5.
Being high agency doesn’t just mean tackling problems in this way. It means your entire way of working should be oriented to being a Level 4+ employee.
Plz feel free to steal it as well.
And ty @stephsmithio for the framework!
