I really struggle with the fact that there's no "reward" for teaching well.

My classroom management has become immaculate. My scores were excellent and this year I'm trying to get them even higher.

I don't get a raise or promotion. I barely get acknowledgement.

@chrispapst This person still will have to worry about occasional race traffic. As I understand it, the race isn’t being eliminated from the racing schedule, just the “Triple Crown” is no longer that and that one race was removed from the thoroughbred series.
