@Keir_Starmer You wasted an incredible landslide victory, which gave you an unprecedented opportunity to deliver real, tanglible change. Shame that even with these “perfect conditions” your government was unable to deliver the change this country demands
UK economy - formula for growth:
1. Deregulate
2. Cut public spend
3. Cut benefits
4. Reduce public debt
5. Cheap clean energy
6. AI
7. Reward people of working age to have kids
8. Lower corporation tax
9. Tax parity for contractors vs employees
10. Only invest in growth
To all the smart people out there who keep reminding us of how bad immigration has been to the U.K. system: projections show that 4m people will claim disability benefits by 2030 in this country. Care to guess how many of them are immigrants? #UKeconomy#thebritisharecoming
With 2024 coming to a close:
• we finally broke the £5,000 annual dividend barrier 💪
• debt reduced by £31,000 (mix of capital reduction and overpayments)
• net worth +£330,000 back to black
• home value bounced back, now in positive equity
#notbad 🤌🤑
I was reading just this morning about how house values are expected to grow by 25% by 2030. Looks like I made the right call. And we’ll be millionaires by 2030 😇😎
Inflation will fall by the end of the year (‘23) and calls for a housing bubble to burst are grossly exaggerated. Whilst I do believe we’ll see a slight contraction of prices, these will rebound robustly in the second half of the decade.
My secret recipe to growth and prosperity, if I were the prime minister of the U.K.?
…
..
.
Create the conditions for people to be happy again. The British are angry, upset, beaten up, discouraged, let down.
Make the U.K. a happy island again. Growth will follow in a heartbeat!
