That’s what makes track legitimate, otherwise, we can include wind-tunnel times, steroid times, zero-gravity times etc. Again Bolt’s times don’t belong with illegitimate times.

Have two lists if you must but a 9.58 with +0.9 m/s wind does not belong on the same list as 9.67 with +4.1 m/s wind. One is “look what I can do” and the other is “look what the wind can do”😀
