The strand/shore lines in the video on the east end of Missoula are more likely from a pulsed draining of few impounded lakes. You have repeated what the video explains. It's more likely that these are the result of a "pulsed" draining due to all the constrictions downstream. Other explanations for their other many-floods evidence also exist...
