@gfrazier@BreannaMorello Deporting an unwelcome non-citizen is perfectly legal. If my Mexican friend and I take one step into the US and are stopped, I pull out my driver's license and enter, and he goes back because he can't show the legality of his entrance. Equality under the law, doesn't go to court.
