@danielboffey Hi Daniel, I have seen Mr Yaxley-Lennon in the opulent Puerto Calero in Lanzarote. It would make sense for him to fly to Tenerife and allow people to believe he was there and then ‘island-hop’ via Binter, etc, to Lanzarote.

@_anvme_ @iRobot My experience also. Except they’ve taken it back but no money back & no replacement. This machine neither empties its bin nor nor refills its tank . Customer “service”🤣 absolutely appalling. Now taking legal action after getting nowhere with a plethora of emails, texts & calls.

@iRobot Without doubt, the worst customer service in the world. Purchased a J9+ 3 months ago - never worked as advertised. They’ve taken it back but no replacement. A complete waste of almost a 1000 euros. Avoid like the plague. Legal action inevitable.
