@MetaQuestHelp 4-5 days now still no straight answer just blame that it's our fault. This Twitter account copy and pastes the same vague response. It's being worked on(which I highly doubt since it's the weekend). Made us attach the thing to Facebook and look what happened. Own up and tell us.

@MetaQuestHelp Honestly at this point just have us reset the headset, keep the new account and just reimburse us for our purchases or something if that is easier. It sucks losing saved progress but this is ridiculous.

@MetaQuestHelp I know many people like me have had the same problem of trying to log in and it making a new account. If this causes us to be unable to recover our account will we be given all of our purchases back?
