@lidl_ireland I wish your app wouldn't stick surveys at startup, I open the app at the checkout to scan and don't have time for a survey. Without glasses on, it's hard to see the X to close it. It's really poor UX design and your people should know better.
I still love you though
@AWSSupport Five hours since I had to tell you by web form that you've locked me out of our account, stuck in a captcha loop. I don't even have an incident id from you. Support is non-existent. Account 025174903338
@AWSSupport Still nothing from AWS support, it's been 24 hours.
Do Azure make customers wait this long to even acknowledge a support request?
Who can I escalate this to?
Letters to the Editor: Brian Cullen asked “If a snail had started crawling from the airport to the city centre 20 years ago, would it have reached there by now?”
Prof Ian Montgomery of Queen's University Belfast has attempted to answer the question. https://t.co/umlb4o2ADd
@loneliest_star@Ryanair@askryanair Hey Ella, I was on FR127 with my wife Jacqui and kids so I feel your pain. I had my compensation claim denied by Ryanair but obviously that won't be the end of that.
Last night my teenage son was being an utter arse and refused to come to an event we had booked. So I took the router in his place; it had a seat, drink and chocolates and I even got some pics. Future dates may happen.
@righttobikeit It's dark and raining, easy for a driver focusing on that pesky red light to miss the slowing bikes rear light and go right over/through them. Cameras are cheap, no reason not to fit one to every traffic light and trigger once red. If it saved one life, money well spent.
