Joined @NoOneBroadband and no one (!) told me they were now @hometelecomcare . Speed nowhere near advertised. They make a point of saying they have UK based customer service, but I can't get through - 30 mins and counting. Rubbish.
@DPDUK5 Does anyone know how a sender can make contact with a sentient life form at DPD UK @Geopost_news ? If DPD doesn't recognise your parcel number or transaction reference, it won't let you speak to anyone - it won't even accept a message via its webform. #neveragain.

How do I speak to anyone at DPD @Geopost_news ? Every route is blocked if your DPD-supplied reference number isn't yielding the right results? I am a sender who is using DPD for the first (and last) time.
@GeoffFox19 @Hermesparcels My parcel is delayed from final delivery. After contacting the sender, they have miss-typed just ONE letter of my postcode on the label, but the rest of the address is correct. Just this one slight typo is holding everything up! HELP!
