Developer purchased a mixed use building on a 131 ft. by 54 ft. parcel of land. After several years and a trip to the Toronto Local Appeal Body, he obtained approval to build five townhomes and one duplex. He believes in the long term future of Toronto's rental market so he decided to build the townhomes to rent instead of sell once complete. The townhomes are now complete and tenants are about to move in. I am very happy that I was able to help the owner add to Toronto's residential rental stock. He is a great operator and construction progressed smoothly. @ForemostFinanc1 provided funds to discharge the existing financing, provide working capital, LCs, development charges & parkland, hard construction costs and provided an interest reserve to service interest during construction.
