Extremely late flag thrown by the line judge on Marvin Harrison Jr’s negated TD yesterday. Penalty was for illegal motion (at the snap), but flag doesn’t come out until the ball is nearly in his hands. 🤔

Penalty didn’t matter, as Marv scored again on the next play, but not a good look from Big Ten officials…
