@ElliotES44 @RepThomasMassie I know of the nacionalidades históricas, if that's what you mean. The UK faced the same issue but let Scotland vote, it was practical and no one was jailed. The two cities are too small to be self-sustaining, when Spain understands this, it will choose a pragmatic solution too

Back to Ceuta/Melilla, the truth is they can't survive without integration with the hinterland, that can be done with a deal between ES and MA.. but smuggling is not a policy

@ElliotES44 @RepThomasMassie It doesn't matter. Gibraltar voted 99% to remain under British sovereignty in 2002, and also voted 96% to remain in the EU during Brexit, hence the 15 July compromise. Morocco will continue to strangle the two cities economically until they come crawling.
