EXCL: Fire service bosses in Shropshire talked about wanting to 'kill' and harm female colleagues.
Leaked messages we’ve obtained refer to women as “lazy cow”, “feckin bint” and “useless”.
“I could still kill her buddy”, said the Chief about one woman.

I’ve seen people saying that women just aren’t reporting sexual harassment and assault and that’s worth addressing.
I reported something with a room of witnesses and was told that there wasn’t enough evidence.
I reported something with witnesses and was told by the duty officer, who was a female, that it’s a boy’s club and to get used to it. The RMP told me he was a good bloke and probably regretted it while I was giving mystatement.
I reported something much worse and it was really scary doing it, and I felt so brave and proud of myself for talking about it, and then I was told that there wasn’t enough evidence and asked whether had I been drinking and what was I wearing.
Why would anyone report it? Just telling your friends what happened has the same effect of absolutely nothing happening to the bloke with the added benefit of nobody bitching about you trying to ruin their friend’s career.
Alfie here, not a copy and paste from my inbox.
I don't think I've been clear in my previous short posts so gonna add more meat to the bone.
Since posting about Gunner Becks' death from suicide, and it was published she "suffered relentless sexual harassment" i started receiving inboxes from women who have suffered similar.
Some historical, but a depressing amount of current.
Over the years I've tried my best to change some bits and campaigned over scoff, housing, contractors, coy cubs, and male mental health.
We know the MOD on most issues uses shit policies to explain why the above is what it is.
Reading victims' stories (some i could but most i couldn't share) has opened my eyes to the epidemic of sexual violence within Defence.
These women are our mates, our colleagues, our soldiers.
I don't know what I'm expecting to get out of posting this, i don't have any answers, just maybe take a minute to give it a second thought if you're still serving.
one of my favorite things in the world is how we pick up little habits, phrases, and mannerisms from the people we love. i still say that one phrase my friend used to say a few years ago. i cook something the way my cousin taught or showed me. i discovered some of my favorite songs from someone i don't even talk to anymore. you collect so many pieces as you go about life. you are a mosaic of everyone you've ever loved, even for a heartbeat.
I just saw a TikTok that said “Do you know why God didn’t allow our pets to speak? To teach us that love and loyalty come through actions, and not words.” And idk y’all, that just really hit hard
Two England teams have made it to a World Cup Final within the space of a month!!! Absolutely immaculate scenes. Women's sport is ELITE and no sad little trolls commenting under the BBC Sport tweets can dampen this joy

These are my teammates. We are Olympic champions. Three of us tried to give birth. Two of us experienced near-death complications. One of us died. We have to, and we will do more. Tori’s death cannot and will not be in vain.
