Wandsworth Labour cllrs just voted at @wandbc Finance Committee to scrap the budget for Northcote Road pedestrianisation scheme

When I said that this kills the scheme for next year& in the future, Labour Cllr Tony Belton replied “that’s right. Northcote Road is not our priority”

The Mayor of London is desperately trying to shirk responsibility for brutal bus cuts that HE proposed. Even promoting a petition against his own decision. It’s beyond belief.
