Hearing reports that angry NSW Liberal council candidates will rally outside the Liberal HQ tomorrow morning. They will hold placards reading “Justice for the Georges River Council Mortdale Ward 3” and “Fairness for the Frenchs Forest Ward of Northern Beaches Council Four”
