@TomLawrenceTech Do you still use MediaWiki internally yourself? I did at my last MSP too. With the right extensions and templates it can be effective but I'm not sure what your MediaWiki setup looked like. But maybe could offer a pre-packaged version with templates and extensions ready to go?
