@AmericanAir Some kind of frequent flyer miles need to be given. It was a 12 hour delay, two additional $50 Ubers and a $200 hotel room.. not to mention my time during a very busy week.
@AmericanAir I waited patiently with each update until I was told my flight was canceled 10 hours later. The staff said there was no staff to fly the planes and gave me no answers or credits.. offered no additional explanation. I need to be home. #AUS#AustinAirport
