@transaviaFR Merci mais nous avons contacté votre service client 3 fois , on nous a mis sur un vol lendemain puis annulé 1h après. On a demandé d'avoir un vol avec d'autres compagnie mais cela a été refusé. Qui nous remboursera pour les hôtels, voitures, déplacement, etc perdus ? >4000 euros

Gestion catastrophique de l'annulation du vol T04358 par @transaviaFR. Aucune info, expulsion de l'aéroport par la police, retrait bagages pendant 4h!!! pas de rebooking, pas de remboursement, pas d'hotel et aucune assistance. Violation flagrante des lois UE. PLUS JAMAIS

Horrible management of T04358 flight cancelation by @transaviaFR. No information, threw us out of the airport by the police, 4 HOURS baggage claim, no rebooked flight, no refund, no accommodation and no assistance to their passengers. In clear violation to EU rules. NEVER AGAIN
