Aspiration thrombectomy @VIRDelaware part 2: large thrombus in IVC and RV on TEE. Dragged 2 IVC with AngioVac but 2 big 2 be removed. Placed suprarenal filter which caught 1/2 of the thrombus after cutting it with a snare. More angiovac in filter. Good final result. #IRAD @SIRRFS
