@AustinBourgeois I routinely access PTV for acute DVT cases where clot extends below pop, but only use a 7 sheath to establish inflow. Have never tried 16 Fr through the PTV. For iliofemoral stenting , if CFV is widely patent, I usually never intervene below knee. Thanks for sharing!

The FlowTriever aspiration catheter may be used off-label for complex non-vascular collections refractory to standard drainage, allowing effective debris removal with drain placement and potential resolution, though cost-effectiveness requires further study.
