Sadly, there probably aren’t many midweek races - festivals aside - where “cheating” isn’t happening with at least one participant.

@Courselayer Only 49 respondents - just 18 of those were from a gambling organisation and 7 from a trade body. Who was asked to respond? I didn’t see an opportunity, but must have missed it. Yet more red tape and another opportunity to invoice those of us towards the bottom of the ladder…
@Snail722717@Betgolfworld@BetMGMUK A race with no finishers is always VOID and all bets must be refunded. As a condition of their licence, bookmakers are not permitted to take bets on “No Finishers” for this very reason.
@RacingPost Scrap the Mares’ races and 4yo handicaps to help enable a return to just 3 days. As the wonderful Sine Nomine proved on Friday, mares don’t need their own races - if they are good enough, they win. The move to 4 days has ruined the festival.
