@jen_keesmaat Congestion charge is needed✅but comparing London to TO is quite wild. Most obv we have winters. Some can ride all year round/most can’t. Good public transit infrastructure is the missing piece. Plus TO needs to re-prioritize traffic flow over gridlock/lane elimination.
