So proud of my pals (and myself, I guess). We’ve been making this show about music and audio. The new episode is about childhood development through music, featuring the Louisville Leopard Percussionists. Search ‘The Story Of The Sound’ 🎶
We’ve been making these absolutely massive videos lately. Please do check ‘em out if you’re at all interested in music (like a person might be):

Handy tip for making mattes in Blender. Black and white noise patterns or other math functions can be manipulated over time to generate interesting sweeps, geometric wipes, and just about anything else. #videography#blender3d
@JacCooper1 One thing I wonder about is whether the show’s really trying to draw in shades of grey on both “sides” or just alternating atrocious and sympathetic behaviour from side to side. Both Daemon and Aemond have been a bit… back-and-forth so far, let’s say.
@JacCooper1 It’s especially interesting seeing how the show fleshes out characters and stories which were essentially rough sketches in the source material. So often it’s the other way around - trying to distill a richly detailed character into a few scenes on-screen.
We can use green screens to make it look like we’re anywhere. But with Impulse Responses, and convolution, we can sound like we’re anywhere as well. Nifty!

A view from inside a guitar for a recent commercial required some minor surgery with a jigsaw. What interesting perspectives are you working on?
