Ecom gets way easier when you realize this:
You do NOT need 10 winning products.
You need 1 product that can handle scale,
a strong offer,
and enough creatives to keep feeding Meta.
Most people quit a winner way too early because ROAS drops for 3 days.
The real money is made learning how to keep a winner alive for months.
Your 20s shouldn’t be spent getting comfortable.
Start a business.
Lose money. Make bad decisions. Get humbled. Deal with stress. Learn patience. Build discipline. Develop emotional intelligence.
You might fail.
But you’ll enter your 30s with something most people don’t have:
The ability to handle pressure and figure shit out.
Started this store 7 days ago.
Today we crossed $5K in a single day.
A week ago, this store had $0 in sales, no data, and no proven creatives.
Since then it’s been nonstop testing, studying what works, and pushing harder when the numbers make sense.
This is why I’ll never understand people who test 5 creatives, don’t get immediate results, and decide the product is dead.
Sometimes you’re one creative away from changing the entire trajectory of a store.
People give up on Ecom way too easily.
They test 3-5 products, none of them hit, and suddenly “dropshipping doesn’t work.”
I tested 50 products before I found my first winner.
Every failed test taught me something about creatives, offers, products, and what people actually buy.
The people who win aren’t always the ones who find a winner first.
They’re the ones who keep testing long enough to find one.
Stop expecting your first few products to change your life. Keep testing. Keep learning. Keep improving.
You only need one winner to change everything.
One of the biggest shortcuts in Ecom is surrounding yourself with people who are already winning.
Talk to people who have been in the game for years. People who have done multiple 7 figures and experienced the highs, the losses, the bans, the scaling problems, and everything in between.
You’ll learn more from a few conversations with proven winners than months of trying to figure everything out alone.
Your environment matters.
Surround yourself with winners and you’ll start thinking, moving, and making decisions like one.
That’s how you excel faster.
