The Quran was written 2 years after Muhammad died, then 20 years later it was all burned and replaced by a new version by the caliph Uthman at around 650–656 CE.

the hadith was written 250 years after his death by someone who never met Muhammad.

Muhammad did nothing to Islam you know today, maybe he was a fictional character and there was no Mecca in the 7th century. So Islam was purely a culture created by man, not divine.
