NHS are battered and bruised, many are saying they can’t carry on after the pandemic.
NHS staff need basics like:
💙 hot foot 24/7
💙 staff rooms
💙 free parking
💙 no further pay cuts
If we don’t look after them now there will be no-one left to look after patients.
I don’t know how we’re expected to do an exam & write an essay all whilst working full time on placement. Currently working 5 days a week, being a full time mum around that & I am TIRED. It’s no wonder people leave the course 🥲 it’s mentally and physically draining.. #punc21
