@GNRailUK Oh really? For over 10 years I’ve taken friends kids & my kids on the train & the ticket office always stated the £2 fair & tickets have been checked on trains by conductors. In future I’ll just use the tube with my kids as they travel free on that.

@GNRailUK how do I get the child £2 fair when using the ticket machine. New Barnet ticket office is closed on a Sunday and every way I tried via the machine I was unable to find the £2 child’s fair to London so ended up paying £5.05. Normally I use the ticket office.

@johnlewishelp please can you consider stocking easy on boys school trousers without a zip and hook for kids over age 7. Lots of kids with additional needs can’t manage a hook/zip but still need school trousers 🤷🏽‍♀️

@GNRailUK I just want to know how I access that fair via the machine. If you are not going to have the ticket office open every day then surely it’s a simple request to know how to access the £2 child fair from the machine, for traveling from NB to London. 🤷🏽‍♀️

@GNRailUK I do for next time the ticket office is closed. I shouldn’t be spending more than I have to just because the ticket office is closed. The £2 child tickets are promoted widely and always honoured by the ticket office so not sure why I couldn’t find that option on the machine.

@GNRailUK That’s the point. I wanted to purchase on the day, via the machine and couldn’t see it as an option. Normally it is an option when purchasing from the ticket office but as the ticket office is not always open I’d like to know how I select it on the ticket machine not via website.

@MJGold Nice concept. But as a viewer the one thing I always look forward to is the walk into the stadium and actually seeing the athletes and hearing some information etc. The boat ride was very disjointed and dull for us watching from home and we just didn’t get to see the athletes 😭
