I purchased Iffalcon TV 1 year 10 days back, display of tv stopped working, is asking me to pay 80% of tv cost for repair as it's out of warranty..

How can such poor quality be allowed to even sell it in the market?

@AmazonHelp However later I checked and the replacement tv was also 2020 model...having no option I had to keep the tv as the return window was over.

So the rca is, faulty old mfg year product was delivered and that stopped working just after 1 year.

While last year itself when i purchased the product from https://t.co/YmtZhOcxFz the seller listing stated 2021 model however when I got the tv it was 2020 MFD year, I escalated and was given a replacement tv... however

@qatarairways i had my flight from India to JFK, My baggage has not reached JFK yet and no one has any clue.. There is even no ground staff at JFK to help resolve..
